Academic Counsellor

Location: Noida

Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Outreach and Convincing:

– Initiate and manage outbound calls (approximately 70 calls per day) to prospective candidates.

– Convincingly communicate the value of Techeir’s IT courses, addressing queries and concerns effectively.

2. Demo Scheduling:

– Schedule and coordinate product demos for interested candidates.

– Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the course content and benefits through engaging presentations.

3. Follow-up:

– Conduct regular follow-ups with potential candidates to nurture relationships.

– Address any concerns or objections raised by candidates, and provide additional information as needed.

4. Report Preparation:

– Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions, including call logs, follow-up outcomes, and other relevant information.

– Prepare basic reports summarizing daily activities and outcomes.

5. Sales Attitude:

– Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented sales attitude.

– Collaborate with the sales team to meet enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth.

6. Communication Skills:

– Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Clearly articulate the benefits of Techeir’s courses and create compelling narratives to drive candidate interest.

– Strong sales attitude with a proven track record of meeting targets.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Prior experience in IT course counselling or a related field is a plus.

– Basic understanding of the IT industry and popular technologies.
