AYU Health Hiring For Medical counsellor at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

As a Medical Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing the patients coming to our Hospitals in Chandigarh tri-city. This will include understanding patient problems, Doctor’ advice, guiding patients about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc. Knowledge in medical services and healthcare sector. Creating/ ideating content for patients understanding/ benefit. Ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns Coordinates appointments, referrals for all patients. Strategizing ideas to improve conversion. Drive improvements in patient experience Serving as a backup when other employees are on leave etc Taking decisions when needed without supervision to ensure smooth customer experience Developing the knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty Skill set: Self-driven Go getter attitude Fail fast. Learn Faster. Have strong generalised problem solving skills Good listening and communication skills – Comfortable in English, Hindi and Punjabi Education, Experience, Compensation: BAMS/ BHMS or equivalent medical degree. 1-3 years’ experience in medical office/clinic or institutional setting CTC – 5L-7.5 PA

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
