PSYCHOLOGIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serac Education is hiring dynamic psychologists and counsellors to fulfil the following responsibilities:

· Conduct Psychometric and report preparation

· Coordinate the calendar timeline & conduct counselling sessions

· Provide career counselling

· Implement the various Serac Education services to the assigned clients

· Visit/ or e-meet education and corporate organizations with Sr. Psychologist

· Design and hold workshops, seminars and webinars

· Be well-versed with Serac Education psychometric and counselling services

· Create and revise existing assessments

· Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance

· Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages.

· Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred

· Handle operational activities sometimes independently

· Coordinate with other team members.

EXPERIENCE: 02 Years (minimum)

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Good spoken communication (Hindi, English)

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Educational Qualification: Masters in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology

Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai

Salary: 18000 to 24000 per month

Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 06.30 pm
