Job Title: HR Intern
Qualification: MBA – HR (2023 – Final Year)
Roles and Responsibilities:
· The HR intern will be responsible for candidate sourcing for the JD given by Head HR.
· Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews with technical panel.
· Direct interview scheduling and campus drive preparation works.
· Screening and shortlisting the eligible candidates for the further rounds
· Maintaining appropriate data and documents of the resources captured
· Reporting directly to CEO on the daily recruitment updates
Skillset required:
· Excellent communication skills (fluency in english)
· Proficient in document/excel maintenance
· Good rapport and strong interpersonal skills
Stipend: Rs.7000/month (will be revised to 1.8LPA to 2.4LPA upon the absorption to permanent role based on the performance during internship)
