With a growing client base and a focus on customer satisfaction, we are looking to add a dedicated Admissions Counsellor to our team.

Position: Admissions Counsellor (Full-Time)

As an integral part of our Admissions Team, the Admissions Counsellor will play a multi-faceted role aimed at facilitating the entire admissions process for our students. This position requires a strong understanding of university requirements, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving 100% student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for students from enrollment to pre-departure, managing all communications and queries.
• Database Management: Understand and update our internal University-Course Database based on changing university requirements.
• On-Boarding: Conduct orientation, counsel students, and explain the end-to-end admissions process.
• University Shortlisting: Create targeted lists of universities based on student profiles and preferences.
• Documentation: Coordinate with content writers and ensure all application requirements are submitted on time.
• Applications: Oversee application completion, document verification, and follow-ups with universities.
• Post-Admission and Pre-Departure Support: Provide necessary support as required during these stages.
• Issue Resolution: Transparently communicate and escalate any issues to immediate managers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of university admissions processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A focus on achieving 100% student satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
