Responsibilities:

1. Must be self-driven, motivated, and should set his/her own targets.

2. Proper lead utilization and a conversion ratio of at least 15% would e expected.

3. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems would be an added advantage.

4. Must be able to build a good rapport with outbound customers.

5. Post-sale customer handling.

6. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.

7. Hands-on experience with multiple sale prospecting techniques like cold calling and social outreach would be useful.

Qualification:

1. Fluent in Tamil and English, knowing Malayalam will be an added advantage.

2. Having prior sales experience will be beneficial but not mandatory.

3. Freshers who want to explore inside sales can apply (both completed and pursuing).
