1. Candidate must have Convincing Skills and should like to counsel, convince and make people understand ( any segment right from Pre Primary to Primary )

2. Candidate must be proficient on Computer, strictly data driven and very organized.

3. To coordinate with daily walk-in students or their parents & must be passionate to interact with children and school management.

4. Possesses a logical bent of mind and should be a ‘Self-Starter’ & creative.

5. Has no reservations in travelling & should have excellent communication skills.

6. To coordinate & follow instructions from the Marketing Head / School Principals from time to time to monitor the drop outs of the students.

7. Must be keen to always learn and stay ahead of peers.

8. Should create a positive difference in society

9. Must seek opportunity to become a leader (and may be one of the faces of the organization).

10. Good knowledge about the courses & must possess thorough knowledge of K-12 institutions.

11. Should utilize leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, promote student success, provide preventive services and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive “School Counselling Program” that addresses academic, career and personal/ social development for all students.

Note :-

* Assisting in planning and organizing school events outings, celebrations, sports day, project day, annual day etc.

* Ensure smooth management of direct parent/Telephonic enquiry

* Support and plan for improvement in admission rates by supporting and helping in various sales & marketing activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
