Must Have’s

  • Develop and deliver learning modules for the team
  • Fosters an atmosphere of growth in the organization
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs
  • Up-to date with Industry Trends
  • Collaborate and deliver soft skills training programs

Your Day

  • 4 to 5 years of work experience in training and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of training methods
  • Experience in MS Office, Coaching and Industry Trends
  • Hands-on experience with program design and development
