Job Summary

As a Manager -Events, you will be responsible for all the BTL events, on ground activation, handling merchandising and coordination with vendors along with excellent experiential marketing skills. You will have to collaborate with other functional areas within the organization to achieve the desired output. Ability to show innovative new methods of delivering and achieving business outcomes through events and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Event management for various programs, including coordinating with partners and vendors
• Co-manage measurement process, gathering data to help analyze event KPIs
• Align event strategy to business and marketing initiatives & opportunities
• Filter and monitor the regional/local vendors to ensure the desired output is achieved
• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the event to ensure the delivery of creatives, art work, set design and all other elements of the event. All elements must be as desired by the business
• Oversee the overall production quality of the event
• Ensure the delivery of all events are up to the mark

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional multi-tasking skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in experiential marketing
