Key Responsibilities

• To help school leaders in varied aspects of school functioning such as recruitment, curriculum, assessment and teacher training.
• Keeping up to date with recent research in the field of education and content specific pedagogies
• Developing course structures, methodologies, and deliverables for classrooms
• The preparation and updating of English, Hindi, Science, Social Science and Mathematics course manuals
• Implementing quarterly teacher training for the content to be presented in the schools
• Monitoring and reviewing the program’s execution in the field (schools)
• Coordinating with the program head

Qualifications

• Passionate to work in school education and with children
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university in Science or Education; a Master’s degree

preferred in education, development studies or social sciences

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
