VFS Global Hiring For Manager – Tourism Sales- B2B/B2C at New Delhi, Delhi, India Full Time

The person will be responsible for the VFS Global Tourism Services and its performance in Sales for the defined region

The person will work towards sales of the VFS Global Tourism Services products and services and ensuring KPIs are met. Primarily he/she will be involved in the following activity:

• Meeting Travel Trade in the assigned regions
• Manage Operations and Sales Team
• Generating sales leads for the defined client
• Drive growth for the VFS Global Tourism Services from market through planning and execution sales & marketing plans.

Exploring, Initiating and Driving sales activities at different levels with travel trade account.

1. Conducting Sales Calls / Meeting with travel trade.
2. Manage sales team for ancillary products and travel shop’s
3. Set annual / monthly targets for all sales units and derive strategy to achieve the same

4. Generating Leads for the client and follow up on status

5. Generate market and sales reports weekly

6. Judicious use of natural resources

7. Ensure Trade participation in all events as required by the client

8. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

1. 1. Number of Sales calls and meetings done with the travel trade

Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)

Education: Minimum: Graduate or Global Equivalent Degree

Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in travel & tourism with rich experience in B2B sales
