NMS Hiring for Academic Coordinator Job at Jodhpur Full Time

Candidate should be well versed in English, both spoken and written. Basic work profile includes the following duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares class schedules/timetables for each grade for all the programs.
• Coordinates with faculty (permanent/visiting) members for scheduling their courses.
• Tracking of all the course schedules to reflect cancellations, rescheduling, addition, or modification of academic classes
• Tracking academic activities (Like Attendance, Course completion etc) through the Campus Help centre.
• Maintaining all the academic’s MIS.
• Any other task related to academics
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced learning atmosphere.
• The job would include handling Data Processing and coordination/follow-ups with School principals/ Teachers.
• Business promotion calls (Registration calls).
• Effectively manage the school office
• Handle parent enquiries and issues
• Fee collection
• Handling day to day activities and acting as an effective bridge between parents, teaching team, coordinator & management
• As being the first point of contact for anyone stepping in the office, should be able to answer and resolve questions/issues effectively and direct the person to the concerned

Prior experience in educational sector will be an added advantage, freshers can also apply if they seem to fulfil the other requirements.

Office Timing 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,073.76 – ₹25,044.71 per month
