System Administrator (m/f/d) Fieldservice
Your tasks

• Providing on-site support to schools and business customers
• The independent error analysis and the creation of incidents
• The installation/configuration of the IT infrastructure at the customer’s site.
• The implementation of administration and maintenance work
• The creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
• The training of IT contact persons (m/f/d)
• The further development of digital products for customers

Your profile

• You have an IT-related professional training or corresponding proven work experience
• With the common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment you know very well
• You have experience in the support of printers and other IT peripherals as well as in the support of networks
• Ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system
• You work independently as well as in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
• A good technical understanding, a strong service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working characterize you
• You have a class B driver’s license
• Fluent German spoken and written we assume – English is an advantage
