We have been retained by a private University in Dehradun. They are looking to hire a Dean/Director for their School of Pharmacy possessing excellent academic and research background.
Position – Dean/Director – School of Pharmacy
Location – Dehradun
Key Responsibilities:
- Heading the School of Pharmacy overall in terms of Teaching, Research & Administration
- Responsible for various Accreditations & Compliances as applicable( NAAC, NIRF, PCI)
- Faculty Hiring & Development
- Admissions & Placements
- Industry Connects & Collaborations
- Responsible for teaching a requisite number of graduate classes as per Professor grade.
- Assist with the development of course material, supervising postgraduate students,
- Regularly publish journal articles, serving on committees, attending conferences, writing proposals for grants
- Handle other administrative duties as applicable.
Candidate Specification:
- B.Pharma , M.Pharma and PhD Degree in Pharmacy is mandatory for the role.
- Minimum 10-12 years of Post PhD experience in a reputed University/ Institution.
