Lead Nurturing Skills
Design and plan Email, SMS, WhatsApp communication as per applicants journey and scenario.
Well versed with the technicalities for communication platforms IP address, TRAI, NDNC, complaint handing, SPAM handing.
Design strategy and implementation for maximum per day applications.
CRM Skills
Thorough understanding of a CRM for any kind of a report and review
Able to identify grey areas for improvement for better results
Can work in sync with CRM SPOC for implementations
Key an eye on Call Centre and Admission Cells functioning
Can get the requirements of call centre and admission cells implemented
PEOPLE Management Skills
Humble enough to manage internal and external Communication (ex: management, colleagues, vendors, agencies, Team).
Website Management:
Must understand the technicalities of a website to pull out more work from agency.
Content of website must be updated
New Website Making coordination and implementation
Keep website updated with the latest pictures, events, fee structure, widget etc.
Social Media Management
Coordination with agency for event updation on social media platform
Ideate for national and international days and assure the implementation
Review and approve posts and their timely execution
Internal coordination for event and devising of promotion plans
Counsellor Productivity: Schools
Can keep an eye on Counsellors productivity and always motivate them for more admissions
Listen to their problems and get it streamlined
Focus more on multiplying admission numbers
Daily reporting and review
Branding and Collateral:
Manage Entity branding and get the things implemented as per brand guidelines
Brochure Making Coordination: Content, designing and printing
Branding Kits: Ideation, creation, negotiation and implementation
Stationary Management: Ideation, Designing, Printing
