Skyguru Hiring For Telecaller at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Full Time

We seek a Career Guidance Advisor/Counsellor/Telecaller for SKYGURU’s new office.

The candidate needs to have good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Overall responsibility for the centre’s sales, marketing and front office activities, following SKYGURU policies.

-Monitoring and review of the counselling, testing and registration processes as per SKYGURU policies

-Participation in the discussions and deliberations of Centre Review, Sales

-Planning and other marketing forums.

-Testing and counselling students as per set standards and norms.

-Processing student requests for the contract amendment in case of a pre-commencement change in the program.

-Timely and accurate reporting

-Effective counselling of enquiry/student

Skyguru will provide additional training to the successful candidate to further sharpen their skills and ability and ensure that employees efficiently and smoothly perform well on the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month
