Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor at AJ Campus in Dehradun. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting and student counseling services to students, communicating effectively with students and staff, and performing career counseling duties. The Educational Counselor will also be responsible for assisting with education-related tasks and working collaboratively with other departments within AJ Campus.

Qualifications

• Strong educational consulting and student counseling skills
• Effective communication skills
• Career counseling experience
• Education-related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Additional certifications or degrees in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field is a plus

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities. The candidate should be knowledgeable about industry trends and posses an optimistic and encouraging communication style to motivate students.
