Corporate Trainer: AI/ML

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Science and AI/ML Trainer to join our team and lead the training for a batch of fresh graduates with a specialization in Data Science or AI/ML. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting knowledge, facilitating hands-on sessions, and guiding the trainees through a comprehensive training program. The successful candidate should have a strong educational background and a deep understanding of Data Science and AI/ML concepts.

• Location: Noida.
• Mode of delivery: Face to Face.
• This job requires working from our office from 10 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Data Science & AI as a Trainer or Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions in Data Science and AI/ML to a batch of fresh graduates.
• Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Hands-On Workshops: Conduct practical sessions to enhance trainees’ understanding of real-world applications of Data Science and AI/ML.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them to apply concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Evaluation: Assess trainees’ progress and performance throughout the training program and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay Current: Stay updated with the latest developments in Data Science and AI/ML to ensure that training materials are current and relevant.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed training institute in the Data Science domain.
• A strong educational background, with a degree or diploma in data science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Science and AI/ML concepts, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to adapt training methods and materials to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with various Data Science and AI/ML tools and libraries.
• Should be able to join us within a week of selection.
