Job Description
Candidates with 2+ years of experience as Process Trainers in International Voice Operations supporting BPO Clients
Candidate must be an on- paper Team Lead
Deliver New Hire Training Batches.
Conduct Refresher Trainings/cross trainings per requirements.
Develop Content for various trainings.
Liaison with different functions to drive business objectives.
Calibrations within the team and with the quality team.
Maintain various training data and prepare reports.
Conduct PKTs for associates on the floor .
Conduct TNI/TNA to understand process requirements and roll out action plans.
Consult with TLs/peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment.
