
Job description
The School Principal should have an overall perspective of the functioning of the different departments of the School i.e. academic, administrative, personnel and pastoral to guide them and to be able to plan for their utilization in the pursuit of the larger vision of the school. The Principal needs to actively involve him/herself in planning for the optimal utilization of the resources available in the pursuit of organization vision, and to seek ways to supplement these resources from the outer environment.
