Responsibilities-

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading ETG’s unique way of learning. You will be expected to perform the following set of responsibilities-
1. Student Counselling with Ed Tech/ E-learning organization.
2. Will have to do consultative calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective
3. Fix appointments and conduct regular sessions on a daily basis with students.
4. Candidates should be fluent in English and preferably any one language, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Kannada.
5. Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
6. Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
7. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.

Qualifications-

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any engineering stream.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling and sales.
3. Good listener and proficient communication skills.
4. Patient and friendly personality.
