Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
• Review individuals and Team development needs
• Deploy different kinds of learning methods for the business
• Responsible for end-to-end execution of the learning programs
• Organize learning/e-learning courses workshops and other trainings 
• Measure and monitor the success of the development plans and help employees make the most of the learning opportunities
• Collaborate with managers and leaders (stakeholders) to develop their team members through the right career pathing
• Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts
• Partner closely with the HRBP teams to understand business challenge and convert them into business opportunity in the learning space 
• Supervise L&D Specialists (if any)

Desired Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 6+ years’ of experience of working in the L&D space
• Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Good knowledge of Learning strategy (learning & e-learning platforms and practices)
• Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees, leaders, HRBPS and vendors
• Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
• BCom, BSc or BA degree in Business; an additional certification is a good to have in the Training arena
