At Aryng, we are looking for an HR manager to join our team. He/She will be responsible for leading international recruiting and HR responsibilities. This position will directly report to the CEO. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment and all other HR functions like performance management, employee relations, policy-making, L& D, total rewards, and keeping the employees engaged. S/He would be an expert in compensation conversation and negotiations as well.
This role would be 40% Recruitment and 60% HR.
