At Aryng, we are looking for an HR manager to join our team. He/She will be responsible for leading international recruiting and HR responsibilities. This position will directly report to the CEO. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment and all other HR functions like performance management, employee relations, policy-making, L& D, total rewards, and keeping the employees engaged. S/He would be an expert in compensation conversation and negotiations as well.

This role would be 40% Recruitment and 60% HR.

Requirements

• Coordinate the international (South America market ideally) recruitment efforts for all roles, including for data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and others.
• Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills; qualify and move best candidates to the next rounds, do an in-depth review of the candidate’s motivation to join Aryng and establish cultural fit, make hiring recommendations as appropriate.
• Manage yearly & real-time performance check-ins, goal-setting, feedback, talent reviews, promotion processes, calibration, and comp cycles
• Develop and implement a ‘Talent strategy’ for Aryng that fosters a high-performance culture and mindset.
• Elevate the employee experience for remote teams with employee engagement programs for better retention
• Structure and improvise the reward and recognition program for Aryng
• Drive the application and branding of the Aryng core values and leadership attributes making it a “way of how we work”.
• Design and implementation of new policies
• Conduct exit interviews

Required Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Masters preferred.
• Experience with a consulting setting is preferred
• Experience with international hiring is preferred
• 5+ years experience leading HR department
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
