The Role

MSM is looking for a highly skilled and organized Client Relationship Canada Division to join the team. The Client Relationship Canada Division must have excellent organization skills and knowledge in International Student Recruitment particularly in the international education sector. The Client Relationship Canada Division is responsible for conducting market analysis, managing a sales team, and improving company sales. Other responsibilities include generating customer leads and developing sales and marketing strategies that boost business for the company.

What You’ll Do:

The primary goal of the role will be to support and contribute to develop our Client Relationship Canada Division . Plan and execute the goals set to strengthen our relationships with your current client partners. – Understand the client’s expectations and ensure their needs are met. – Work closely with our internal team, direct and help the team to align with client’s goal – Gauge new opportunities, plan and address business requirements – Continue to have regular meet-ups with clients to tackle daily operation issues – Deliver the monthly, weekly and various other reports in timely manner – Coordinate delegates in-country trips and ensure the trip planning is successful – Be the first poc for existing clients – Manage Client Relationship – Pro-actively generate ideas to develop business opportunities. – Maintain healthy relationship with clients.
