21K School Hiring For Assistant Teachers-Interns at Delhi Full Time

Background:

Started in June 2020, 21K School is an online-only School with personalised, affordable and flexible education for K-12 students globally. It is a category creator in the formal K-12 space of Education, offering high-quality schooling to students irrespective of their location and time zone.

Our goal is to make quality education accessible, affordable and flexible for all students irrespective of their location or socio-economic background. We are a 100% online school and presently offer three curricula for our students – Indian, American and British. Presently, we have 3000 students from 400 cities, 35 countries representing 17 nationalities. We intend to grow to 30,000 students by the start of the next academic year.

We are expanding our Team and are looking for passionate Instructional and Academic roles in K-12 Space to be a part of the path-breaking journey.

• Assist Subject and Home Room Teachers in planning, preparing and conducting classes as and when required.

• To ensure prompt response to parents communication over the portal

• To coordinate with teachers and coordinators for early resolution of any grievance or requirement from parents/students.

• To correct home assignments submitted by students and report to students, parents, teachers and others as required

• Maintain daily records, track student progress and analyse data to help teachers understand students’ progress.

• To support teachers in maintaining digital portfolios of the students

• Arrange educational activities, events and supervise the students along with teachers as guided

• Regularly communicate with teachers, coordinators, parents and other staff, such as school psychologists and counsellors, in order to meet the individual needs of each student.

• To take substitution classes across Grades as and when required

• To take care of medium and low achievers and/or conduct remedial classes and assessments as and when required

• To research and prepare worksheets and home assignments under the guidance of teachers

• To help teachers with simple corrections, IT tasks, and updating report cards and related documents.

• Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
