The job profile affiliated to the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) board are as follows:

· Planning and delivering lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum.

· Assessing and grading student work, providing constructive feedback to students.

· Preparing and administering exams, evaluating student performance.

· Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement educational programs.

· Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.

· Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to- date with new teaching methods and educational technologies.

· Providing support to students outside of regular class hours, such as during study sessions or office hours.

· Encouraging and fostering a positive learning environment in the classroom.

· Communicating with parents, guardians, and other school staff to ensure student success.
