Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Education Counsellor with an interest in counselling and coaching kids by assessing their strengths, and performance and helping them to develop their skills.

What you will be doing:
Helping students of age 4-8 yrs, developing their circular plans that match their interests & skills.

Develop & implement assessment/quizzes and analyze student performance in the classroom.

Resolve kids’ doubts/queries by direct message approach.

Sharing feedback on individual posts of community members.

Conducting monthly PTMs, and sharing kids’ progress reports.

Assisting students in choosing the right program/skill from the app.

Who we are Looking For:
● Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

● Working knowledge of mobile/laptop

● Ability to handle parents’ & kids’ queries

● Comfortable working from the office in the Gurgaon location.
