We are looking for energetic passionate female candidate with 1 to 2 years experience for counsellor position in the following places – kochi, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Kolkata, Tirupathi, Srinagar, Hyderabad, Shillong, Guwahati & Chennai

· The counselor is a part of the admissions team and helps recruit our next freshman and transfer class.

· Becoming very familiar with the software to be as efficient and knowledgeable as possible when making calls.

· Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help from either the student supervisors or the Tele counseling Coordinator and write personalized postcards to prospective students.

· Seek to consistently expand knowledge of University academic and extracurricular programs to be able to counsel students within their area of interest and provide correct information regarding such areas.

· Complete all other assignments given by the student supervisor or coordinator.

· Good communication skill is highly required for an education counsellor

· Good Personality as they are the face of the organization

· Counsel students for course and guide them for admission selection

· Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis

· Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals

· Maintain accurate and complete student records with updated remarks

· Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
Willingness to take new initiatives and actively participate in marketing activities

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
