About The Work From Home Job/internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide support to our HR department. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Developing own network of suitable candidates.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with sourcing techniques
