Full Job Description

We are looking for a career counsellor with an excellent interpersonal and empathetic skill. The role will be to aid our clients in choosing the right career pathway with our possible services and deliverables.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handling customer queries on phone & email and providing basic information about the products.

· Counselling the students for admission, follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.

· Follow up for the fee collections from the students

· Maintaining the database of all registered students status etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Counselling: 2 years (Preferred)
