Total Exp– 4-7yrs

Relevant in Snow development- 3yrs+

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of ITSM

Experience with HRSD / HCM

Proficient working with JavaScript [ServiceNow server-side and client-side scripting]

Good experience with Web services [System integrations using REST]

Excellent communication skills

Good-to-have Skills:

Good knowledge of SQL

Experience with ITAM / ITOM

AWS fundamentals

Experience with Python
