Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administering DPPs (daily practice papers) for chemistry – assessing time and stress management, and determining the strengths and weaknesses of the student

2. Conducting regular personal guidance sessions, providing step-by-step solutions, and thoroughly explaining the core concepts of chemistry

3. Assessing/Adopting audio-visual devices to facilitate interactive learning

4. Understanding the students’ study method, and adapting appropriate teaching methodology catering to all types of students for chemistry

5. Monitoring every student, addressing their concerns, along with providing feedback, personalized guidance, and counseling to accelerate performance improvement for chemistry

6. Maintaining a healthy and positive learning environment, keeps the students focused and committed to their goals and motivates them to enhance their performance in chemistry

7. Collaborating with other department members, engaging in regular meetings, and communicating with the guardians regarding the progress of the students

8. Staying up-to-date with contemporary exam patterns, trends, changing curriculums, exam schedules, etc.
