Job Description:

  • Using Captivate and other content development tools
  • Maintain the over 800 pieces of training content we have developed to support the different LOBs in Maps

Skills:

  • 5-6 years of experience with demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials that support learning objectives.
  • English language accreditation good to have: IELTS/ PTE/ TOEFL: Band 7 / band 8 preferable
  • A strong customer service orientation is essential. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree in an adult education discipline/Instructional Design (optional)
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Additional technical knowledge & skills depending on the designers focus specialist: eLearning Software Tools(Captivate) LMS(SABA) Media/Visual design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Preferable with the English lang certification
  • Maps/ GIS domain knowledge is good to have
