Requirements:

• Bachelor’s /Master’s
• Minimum1- 2 years experience as Educational Counsellor
• Age Limit:25 and above
• Outstanding verbal communication.
• Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties.
• Providing counseling face-to-face, over the telephone, or online.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Counselling the students as per their eligibility and their requirements
• Assisting students for selecting University, Admission processing, Documents support, SOP, Education Loan, Visa Processing and Travel assistance.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails.
• Ensuring Excellent & professional services to the Students & Parents
• Respond to student queries within 24 working hours and provide accurate information.
• Self-learning and development on product knowledge for providing value services to students.
• Follow up with high potential leads.
