JD for Career Counsellor: –

Role and Responsibilities

This role requires the candidate to work as Career Counsellor providing support for Overseas Education services. This role will report to Manager Operations.

● Counsel experienced professionals on the appropriate executive educational courses based on their academic and professional experience and interest

● Handle incoming queries on phone, email, and office walk-ins.

● Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students/candidates and counsel them on executive courses

● Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries

● Any other activity that may be required to build good student/candidate relationships.

● Maintain daily individual work tracker

● Fee tracking and follow up

Work Experience:

● 2-4 years of Work Experience preferably in Knowledge, Service Industry.

● Fresher’s with excellent Academics track record and good Communication Skills are encouraged

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
