About the job:

1. Managing key functions at the institute namely admissions and student counseling. A typical day would include speaking to incoming leads and converting them. The candidate should be able to convince prospects about the institute, its courses, and its faculty. Hence, excellent communication skills are a must.

2. Taking care of the learning progress of the existing students and helping them with their queries. Work in liaison with teachers, collecting feedback, helping in conducting exams, keeping track of attendance, etc. Overall, be a facilitator of the learning programs

Required skills:

1. A degree in any discipline

2. Excellent verbal communication, this is a key skill

3. Enthusiastic about speaking to prospective students and guiding them in their careers. Receptive and ability to understand student grievances and offer quick and effective solutions

4. Driven and passionate about being a counsellor, builds relationships in no time and has a positive and pleasing outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

• Nagar Road, Pune – 411006, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
