KEY DELIVERABLES

Key Accountabilities (9th & 10th)

Plan: Analyze student with the help of all data points (student profile, Student academic, VSAT, Test, attendance results,) then plan the day.

Attendance – To ensure his batch has average attendance of 85%

• New Students, Interact daily for a week

Intervene – Through Calls (Mentoring/ Counseling…) , Sessions : OTO /OTF

Engagement – Ensure students participate in tests / assignments with average 85% engagement

• Minimum 1 Parents teacher Meeting Quarterly with every student – TGT – 95%

Track: Responsible for student performance tracking ( Student academic , Test , attendance & PTM)

Learning Outcome – Minimum 90% of Students should clear their exams & 20% should be among the Top Ranks

Retention -Minimum 85% of Students should be retained

Qualifications:
Science / Engineering graduates with subject specialization (A+ colleges )

Experience:
1-2 Year of Teaching experience / 1 Year of Online teaching experience (preferable but not mandatory )

Other Technical Skills:
Basics skill set on MS OFFICE / Google sheet

10. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
Single Point of contact for all academic queries.

Engage with students and parents to get desired learning outcome

Engagement should be established every 15 days once with the student.

OTM Session should be attended by the Personal teacher & solve all in class doubts

Provide Individual attention to students based on their profiling (Socio economic, Interests, MIS, Learning styles).

Coordinate with Master teachers about session details (contents, students’ feedback etc)

Encourages for taking test and Analyze test report and provide guidance for sessions/courses

Follow up with student for Homework, attendance, exam preparation and motivation

Coordinate with support functions and get the non-academic issues sorted

Daily task includes calling Parent/Students.
