Salary: 30-50k

Job Description;-

• Manage the entire set of business & operations of the centre.
• Manage and monitor sales of assigned products to the centre.
• Manage P&L of the centre.
• Responsible for end to end business/operations and delivery at the centre.
• Manage a team of counsellors/BDEs/faculties
• Handling more than 20 counsellors and 4 to 5 team leaders
• Will be responsible for team business and performance
• Ensuring that the team meets the target
• Motivating the team members
