· Must have good persuasion, rapport building, and skills.

· 1-3 years of relevant experience as Counselor

· Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in the future.

· Comfortable with start-up expectations.

Job Responsibilities: –

· On-call and face to face sales of Training & Certifications Programs Offered by VAS Dreams

· Interacting with professionals around the city on call and educating them about the courses offered by us.

· Keep a record of every lead and convert them into enrollment, send updates to the Marketing team.

· Make every day Daily Progress Report in excel and send it to immediate reporting supervisor.

· Interact with customers, call and convert them.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
