Job Description:

You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly patient walk-in into the centre.
You shall make productive calls to give the detail information related to the query.
You shall be responsible for OPD process & documentation,
Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of the patients by effective face to face counselling or over the phone
Must be very effective communicator and a self-motivated person.
Proper coordination and follow up with the patient for their visit according to their appointment.
Need to handle phone calls effectively
Should be a team player.
