We have opening for the position of Senior Education Consultant/Counsellor.

Requirements:

1) Experience : 1-7years of work experience into Overseas counselling for US,UK,Canada,Australia,New Zealand, Germany, Etc

2)Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate

Who Can Handle Independently end to end admissions process for students applying to universities in US, UK, Canada etc. for UG/MBA/MS programs.

Conducting detail profile assessment of student interested in abroad studies and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the universities where his /her chances of getting admission is high.

Assisting for students with University selection, application, visa applications and accommodation.

Assistance with activities to promote overseas educational institution

Follow up with high potential leads

• Advises students about admission and program requirements for undergraduate, diploma, and graduate programs
• Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in studying in Abroad.
• Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.
• Counselling and consulting students throughout enrolment process through e-mail, call or WhatsApp.
• Managing student applications from original enquiry through to payment.
• Working with prospective students, applicants and their families to provide high quality advising on university/school admission requirements, academic programs, and school life.
• Managing a company-generated CRM database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.
• Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective students.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Outstanding oral and written communication in English language.
• Proven experience of minimum 1 years.
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners.

Should know basic excel, pdf merge, spilt and extraction.

We are looking for an experienced Counsellor to guide students on overseas education based on their interest and requirement.

– The counselor should be in a position to explain the right subjects and university based on the student qualification.
