Job Description

We are looking for Sales Trainer in the role of Training Manager who can train sales personnel at dealership of commercial vehicle segment

Description:

  • SalesTraining
  • Process Training
  • Soft Skills training & behavioural training
  • On the Job Training (OJTs)
  • Handholding and guiding dealer sales team to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide inputs from the field on Region specific training needs
  • Must be comfortable with extensive travelling

A typical profile of a trainer would be as follows:

  • Candidates with any graduation/diploma/engineering preferred. And trainers from automobile/auto ancillary/ will be preferred.
  • Ability to adapt the training to the participants knowledge level
  • Excellent Presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regional languages a must
  • Experience Min 5 to Max 15 Years
  • Trainer with good communication
  • Sales training experience will be an edge
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Local language.
  • Must be well versed in Bengali
  • On the Job Training(OJTs) experience will have an added advantage
  • Worked in any OEM/dealer service set up will add to the profile
  • Additional Training certifications will have an edge
