Urgent: IMS is Hiring Education Advisor ( Counselor) – Delhi / NCR Hiring for Job at Delhi NCR, Gurgaon Full Time

• Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.
• Identify students need and suggest or guide them with relevant courses
• Visit to prospective students & conduct face to face counselling sessions with parents & students
• Educate the students and their family members regarding existing courses, career options, and act as an advocate in connecting the students to these services
• Promote and market the company through educational fairs, webinars, forums, and other events.
• Listen to students problems at all times, especially when it has to do with their academic, social, or emotional lives, and suggest solutions where necessary.
• Refer students to the best career advice and courses basis their inclination and profile.
• Work Collectively with the other stakeholders viz- UG Head, PG Head, Delhi Head, etc.
• Serve as a guide for students when selecting/ applying for the courses
• Establish an excellent working relationship with the IMS Team and the students

The job role requires incumbent to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), one weekly off would be any one day between Monday-Friday.

Incumbent should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (9 AM – 6 PM, 11 AM – 8 PM).

Required Candidate profile

1. Fluent in both written and spoken English

2. Counseling skills

3. Maturity to handle students and aspirants with work experience

4. Good Analytical skills
