Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships for Canada/Australia/ UK/ USA, etc.
• Provide counselling to the leads of all resources and ensure a high rate of conversion.
• Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in dealing with the required formalities documentation concerning the applicant’s profile including visa, country-specific health
  insurance, etc.
• Responsible for complete sales funnel management, maintaining all the student’s inquiries,
• following up with the students, solving their queries, and completing the enrolment/admission process
• Representing the company during International Education Fairs.
• Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention.
• Reliable & Good at hitting deadlines.
• Should have complete knowledge for Visa Counsellings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fresher with good Communication skills.
• Minimum Graduate/ Pursuing Graduate
• Good communication and influencing skills along with a sales attitude.
• Focus on imparting knowledge to the applicants.
• Should be able to short-list universities based on students’ profiles.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and achieve targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field may be preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Country-wise knowledge and functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively.
• Highly organised with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
