Responsibilities:

• To Develop training module/amend as per the need
• Training batches with 95+% throughput
• Mentoring employees in TQ
• Doing refresher trainings 
• Working with BQ employees and upscale their performance
• Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting the market and making appropriate recommendations regarding changes which can/should be made.

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 3 – 5  years of sales training and/or travel process training
• Good knowledge of the travel industry.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to think out-of-the-box with proven business cases.
• Strategic mindset.
• Proactiveness and responsibility.
• Self-motivation.
