Responsibilities and Duties
Handling walk-ins and on-call client queries.
Customer Relationship Management.
Communicate effectively the benefits and opportunities of overseas education to our clients.
Handling and tracking student admission process using software.
Ability to handle social media platforms.
Ability to work well with individually and along with a team.
Other ad-hoc activities.
Key Skills
Customer Relations , Overseas Education Management, Time Management, Team skills, Flexibility, student counselling, positive attitude
Required Experience and Qualifications
Ability to converse well in English/Hindi or Malayalam.
Good knowledge of Computers and Microsoft office applications.
Graduates preferred.
