Counsel students regarding educational course and program selection and admission
Inbound process : Attend to the Admission & Services calls received on the Customer Care
numbers
Responsible for converting Telephonic Enquiries into admissions
Generate leads for admission.
- Follow-ups for admissions, fees collections, follow-ups for fees, Student feedback, batch
assigning.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student.
- Maintaining regular communication with the students for coordinating admission activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, Delhi, New Delhi – 110008, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
