Full Job Description
1.During the period of your contract under this company and thereafter, you shall not divulge the Trade Secrets, Methodologies and Materials of the company to any outside person nor shall associate yourself in any other company carrying on similar type of business as ours.
2.You shall not, during your employment with the company, directly or indirectly, use for yourself or use for or disclose to any person any confidential information other than for the benefit of the company and in the course of performing your duties and responsibilities.
3. All phone calls made to the company owned phones must be attended during/ after office hours or acknowledged by a text message if you are in a position unable to attend the same. You are expected to return any missed calls in order to avoid any sort of communication error. [Please note: Use of personal phones is not encouraged at any cost; however, you are at liberty to use the same during your break or for other emergencies].
4. All enquiry calls and exam booking calls (IELTS and OET) are strictly owned by Trinity Language Centre and should not be used for personal use or transferred to third party.
5.You are required to collect feedback bi-weekly and inform Managing Director and/or Executive Director about the positive comments as well as the concerns of the students. Please ensure all students have received the tutoring of all four modules [Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing] within the first two weeks of the student’s joining. You are also required to make follow up calls to prospective customers and maintain a record of the same. You will be asked to participate in video promotions for the enterprise.
6.You shall handle the study material, equipment and properties of the organization given to you with utmost care and diligence and shall maintain the same in clean and proper condition. The front desk should be kept in a presentable and appropriate manner at all times; You are expected to look pleasant and presentable at all times.
7.Troubleshoot any issues that the centre faces and report to the Managing Director and/or Executive Director anything beyond your control. 7.Ensure that all the staff are punctual, productive and cater to the needs of all students. 8.Ensure that the policies of the institution are understood and complied with by all staff and students. 9. You are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the organization in a professional manner. 10.When Employee’s employment with Company ends, for whatever reason, Employee will promptly deliver to Company all originals and copies of all documents, records, software programs, media and other materials containing any Confidential information. Employee will also return to Company all equipment and other personal property belonging to Company.All property should be handled properly and its state is the sole responsibility of the employee using the device/material.
