· MSc (Agriculture), MBA (Rural Management)

· Minimum 5 years of experience in development sector

· Managed similar agri-allied skill-based projects earlier (preferred)

· Sound technical knowledge of agriculture sector (preferred)

· Managed a team of 2 or more in past (preferred)

· Excellent written and communication skills and language competency of hindi, english and gujarati

· Good knowledge of computer – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Willingness to travel

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparing annual/periodic action plan/s and training schedule/s

2. Taking relevant sessions in training programme/s

3. Overall responsible for training modules and training programmes

4. Monitoring the progress of training programmes

5. Issue certificates on successful completion of training

6. Preparing periodic reports

7. Preparing budgets of centre and training programmes

8. Utilizing the received funds

9. Liaison with promoting organization/other stakeholders/donors/funders

10. Career guidance to the trainees/counsellors

11. Convergence with government schemes/programmes

12. Responsible for administrative decisions

13. Managing the Green College operations and staff

14. Generating revenue for running the Green College

15. Ensuring accreditation of the courses
