Required Qualifications & Skills:

Min 2-4 years of experience in counselling students (Overseas education preferred)

Education : Any Degree/PG

Excellent Communication Skills with convincing power

Confident phone manner

Positive & ambitious attitude to excel and grow in career

JOB DESCRIPTION AT A GLANCE:

Counselling of Study Clients

• Initiate profile assessment of interested students
• Give course option by shortlisting Universities matching their profile
• Connect with qualified leads who have shown interest in studying aboard
• Understand their requirements of overseas education in-terms of course, country
• Guide students through resolving queries on quick and urgent basis.
• Mentoring students to select appropriate programs
• Assisting for student IELT/PTE//TOFEL Exam

Counselling of CAP Clients & Nurses to New Zealand

• Initiate profile assessment with regards to the requirement
• Giving advise on our CAP services
• Guide the client through the entire process and expenses encountered in the process
• Mentoring and motivating the clients with the opportunities in New Zealand .
• Develop knowledge on the entry requirements and other government agencies in New Zealand
• Assisting the client on preparing for OET or IELTS
• Collecting all documents and information to start the process for admissions & visa department

Recording of Data & Documentation

• Responsible for maintaining and updating student database on regular basis.
• Follow up with high potential leads and recording them
• All data and information should be stored on our CRM without a fail
• All communications with the client has to be recorded via CRM for future reference.
• The Database has to be recorded with regards to the quality and priority of lead

Build Professional Rapport & good relationship with clients & students

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
